New Energy operates its own multi-purpose terminal in Izmail, at km 87 of the Kilia Branch of the Danube, within the boundaries of Izmail seaport. One company controls the berths, warehouses and equipment, so cargo moves through a single operator from vessel to onward transport, with no leases, no concessions and no handover between operators.
